  As a first time homebuyer the thought of going through this process was intimidating and overwhelming. I didn’t know where to begin. Thankfully Sommar was referred from my family friends because I could not imagine a more seamless, enjoyable process.
  
  We first met on Nov 22nd for our initial introduction. Her presence was comforting and I felt as if I was in good hands. She then got a feel for what I was looking for and immediately was sending me listings that she felt was a good match.
  
  Come the first week of December I placed an offer on a home and 3 weeks later we were closed. Everything like inspection, appraisal and so on was completed with lightning fast turn around to make the quick closing possible. Sommar also pointed me in the right direction when it came to all the financials. Ben from Westland Funding was equally as comforting and accommodating.
