Wellington has been home for over 40 years. It’s where I’ve raised my family, built deep community roots, and experienced firsthand how much the rhythm of a neighborhood shapes your day-to-day life. From school mornings and weekend routines to quiet evenings and long-term plans, I understand how much your home needs to work for real life — not just the moment you buy it.

Before real estate, I spent years as a teacher, which still shapes how I work today. I believe in explaining the “why,” breaking things down clearly, and making sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way. I don’t rush decisions, and I don’t gloss over details. My role is to guide, educate, and advocate — calmly and thoughtfully.

I’m also a wife to a firefighter, a mom, and someone deeply involved in animal rescue here in South Florida. Chelsea serves as the Executive Assistant for The Clark Team, where she orchestrates daily business operations and spearheads marketing and social media initiatives. With a robust background in urban planning, Chelsea leverages her deep understanding of real estate dynamics at the governmental level—gained from her pivotal role at a prominent West Palm Beach urban planning firm. There, she was instrumental in securing significant planning and zoning contracts with entities such as Palm Beach County, the Village of Wellington, and the City of Palm Beach Gardens.

A Southern Methodist University alumna, Chelsea holds a degree in Marketing. Her diverse professional experiences spanning technology, finance, and design render her an invaluable resource to both our team and clientele, enhancing our service delivery through her comprehensive skill set.
